On 3.14, we celebrated Pi(e) day! Here are the pie submissions and the top 3 winners from the pie baking contest! Enjoy!


Peanut Butter Brownie Pie (Jody Allen)

  • 2 Pre made graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 box of your favorite brownie mix (13×9 size) + ingredients on box
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 24 mini peanut butter cups chopped
  • Peanut Butter Frosting (mix peanut butter in vanilla frosting and add powdered sugar to thicken)

Prepare brownie mix according to box directions and add 1 cup chocolate chips then distribute batter evenly into pie crusts.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes until cooked through. Let pies cool. Pipe peanut butter frosting around edges of pies and sprinkle center with chopped peanut butter cups. Enjoy!
