Tropical Pineapple Coconut Sangria
1 Bottle Pinot Grigio or another white wine of your preference
2 cups 100% pineapple juice
1/2 c. coconut rum
1 pineapple, cut into chunks
1 orange, sliced
2 limes, one juiced, one sliced
2 cups pineapple coconut seltzer
Stir all ingredients together except the seltzer in a large pitcher and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, add the seltzer. Garnish glass with extra fruit, serve & enjoy!
Strawberry Orange Rose Sangria
– 1 Bottle Rose wine
– 1 Cup Vodka
– 1/4 Cups Splenda Baking Sugar (I accidentally read my recipe wrong and added way too much, so if you want it really sweet, add moreJ)
– 8 Large Strawberries
– 1 Orange or 2 Clementine’s
– 2 cans Sprite
Cut up the fruit and mix everything together. Serve over ice and enjoy!
Rose White Peach Sangria with Homegrown Basil
2 white peaches—peeled and chopped
1 nectarine — peeled and chopped
Put into pitcher and add 6 large basil leaves
Muddle together with wooden spoon
Top with 1 bottle of rose
Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour
Before serving, top with sparkling water
To make sweeter, use sparkling lemonade instead (I used 1/2 sparkling water and 1/2 sparkling lemonade)
Raspberry Rose (labeled Raspberry Lime Rickey)
1 liter bottle Ginger Ale
Fresh mint leaves (I chopped these small, but can put in whole)
1 sliced lime (squeezed juice of ½ and then sliced it up and threw that in too)
1 package frozen raspberries
Can make the above mixture ahead of time to let the ingredients soak
Right before serving add 1 bottle of your favorite rose champagne, stir and serve cold and fizzy!
