All Designtex products with the Celliant non-woven backing have been tested in the laboratory for Transcutaneous oxygen (tcp02) to demonstrate temporary increase in blood flow to the user, and are shown to work within minutes of the user’s contact with the upholstery. All designs in the Designtex Celliant collection meet ACT contract textile standards and furniture application. The polyester fibers used in Celliant backing are made of 100% post-consumer recycled content. For all products in the Celliant collection, Designtex provides transparent ingredient information (HPDs), LEED documentation and carbon-neutral product shipments to the customer.
