The night was awash with purple light as the KSU Foundation Office Park Phase II building was unveiled on Friday, October 12th with Scott Rice as a new partner-tenant. Previously located in the Commerce Bank tower in downtown Manhattan, Scott Rice moved locations in August and has completely redesigned their showroom to showcase some of the products most requested by our clients. We also were able to furnish the demountable tenant walls, open amenity areas, and the EDGE @ 1880 co-working space throughout the building.

Using a variety of Steelcase brand products such as Umami, Elective Elements, Bivi and Circa, we were able to bring the modern and industrial feel of the building into the furnishings.

With our new 1,200 square foot showroom on the second floor, we showcase a variety of height adjustable tables, storage options, and educational products as well as keep a fully stocked finish library to serve our clients as well as other design professionals in the city.

If you are ever in the neighborhood, stop in and visit us!
