Routine Maintenance Cleaning
As with most natural stone surfaces, a complete clean can only be obtained through regular, deep scrubbing of the entire floor, with a rinse of clean water throughout the process. In addition to cleaning chemicals and procedures, our dual bristle brush applicator counter rotates in opposite directions, further breaking up any hard to manage spots and stains, providing a clean, polished look.

Restorative Cleaning Procedures
Depending on the flooring type, once a natural stone surface is properly cleaned, a unique diamond pad polishing system may be applied to greatly increase aesthetic value. From etch removal to surface enhancements; we have the knowledge to bring back the luster of stone flooring.

Restorative Cleaning Chemistry

FIRST: The first step to a complete restorative maintenance program is to strip the floor entirely, starting with the detail work first. All edging and baseboard work is meticulously stripped and cleaned separate from the rest of the floor.

SECOND: A complete rinse and neutralization is accomplished, whether flooring is new or old.

THIRD: Wax coating(s) applications are laid down.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CLEANING

Conventional: Mopping with a neutral agent

Deep Scrub Technology: After an assessment is made to determine the flooring status, a routine deep scrub may be all that is needed to remove any and all surface soils or stains if a sealer is present. This is obtained through the use of our dual bristle brush applicator and a neutral cleaner so as not to disrupt any sealer already laid down, thus achieving desired effects.

RESTORATIVE CLEANING PROCEDURES

Conventional: Mop and seal

Deep Scrub, Clean and Seal Technology: As with natural stone, a deep scrub with a dual bristle brush applicator, along with the application of superior chemistry, will achieve the profound, thorough clean necessary for routine maintenance of ceramic tile flooring. This process not only agitates soils and stains on the surface, but down in the grout lines as well, which in turn ensures an overall clean of the floor in preparation for sealing. Finally, once initial maintenance is preformed, Legacy has a multitude of sealing choices, from penetrating to acrylic and much more to achieve a refined look with greater protection
