Scott Rice worked very closely with Finkle + Williams on designing three floors that included 174 Workstations, 34 private offices, lobby furniture, one large boardroom, 10 conference rooms, mothers rooms, a work café and a meeting/training room for 200 people. Scott Rice was responsible for a three phase installation of floors. Scott Rice worked with Finkle + Willams to select product and finishes, develop plans, and created visual tools and renderings to support making final decisions. Scott Rice Facility Management supported the project by provided move management services for the move from to old building to the new location.
