Utilizing a Strategic Visioning Session, facilitated by Scott Rice Office Works, you and your management team will have a thorough understanding of the specific needs for your organization relating to the physical space within which it operates.

• Do they have the tools (including space, furniture and equipment) they need to do their jobs?

• Does the physical environment support collaborative activities as well as other aspects of employees jobs...which may require a good deal of "heads-down" concentration and processing?

• What combination of spaces will best support the variety and proportion of the work styles identified?

• Is the message the environment sends to its occupants consistent with the culture, values and goals of the organization?

• Does the overall strategy for allocating and managing space position the organization for the future?

Programming the results of extensive surveys provided by Scott Rice Office Works and matching them with current requirements regarding the allocation and allotment of existing space will result in a tangible document that validates required square footage and how that space should be arranged to best support work. This information, in the hands of your architect and/or real estate representative will save costly time in bringing your reconfiguration or move to fruition.
