I’m Blake Rhoades and am technically from Orange County, CA but am a Mid West girl at heart. I have one sister and one brother and we all have unisex names. Blake, Taylor and Chandler. I went to Mater Dei High School where I cheered for two years and volunteered as Popwarner cheerleading coach.
I graduated from the University of Kansas with a Strategic Communications Degree. While I was at KU, I was in the Delta Gamma Sorority where I met lifelong friends and watched many KU basketball games. BEWARE OF THE FOG! Once I graduated, I moved back to California and worked for Highmark as a Marketing Coordinator and transitioned into a Brand Manager before coming to Scott Rice.
In my free time I like to go to sporting events. Go Chiefs! I also love to go shopping which is going to very dangerous now that I live on the Plaza. As I get acclimated to the weather and new town, I am very excited to be a “local” tourist around the Kansas City area. When I am ready to wind down, I love to color. It not only triggers the creative side of my brain but is very relaxing.
I am thrilled for this new venture working at Scott Rice as a workplace consultant. In the time that I have been here so far the people and culture are very welcoming and I can’t wait to dive into Sales!
